NIAGARA® 45 CE inhibits ergosterol synthesis which acts by inhibiting the enzyme C14-?-demethylase. Ergosterol is an important functional component in maintaining the integrity of fungal membranes, its inhibition affects permeability. It is particularly efficient against Ascomycetes and Basidiomycetes.
